SAW-DRILL-TAP-MOULD-SAND-PAINT
Description
PC-Superepoxy™ is a non-drip,
thixotropic, translucent paste with unlimited uses in bonding, sealing, and as a filler for most materials. Unlike conventional liquid epoxies, PC-Superepoxy™ can be applied to both vertical and overhead surfaces
without drip or sag. PC-Superepoxy™ is non-conductive and demonstrates excellent resistance to most chemicals, salt water, gasoline, and fuel oil. PC-Superepoxy™ is conventionally packaged for the homeowner,
DO-IT-YOURSELF, and the professional contractor as well.
Mixing Tips
Any smooth flat surface is excellent for mixing and working from. A small putty knife or flexible artist's spatula are
excellent tools for both mixing and applying PC-Superepoxy™.
Directions
1 OZ. SYRINGE : 1. Remove storage cap from plunger and keep available. 2. Cut tips off end of dispenser (be careful).
3. Depress plunger evenly to dispense equal amounts of resin and hardener. Back off plunger to reduce flow. 4. Mix thoroughly on flat surface using a mixing stick or putty knife until blue color disappears. 5. Replace
storage cap on nozzle (fits only one way). Store unused epoxy for future use. At 70°F (21°C) PC-Superepoxy™ will remain workable for approximately 15 minutes, depending on temperature and amount mixed. Cures for
service in 3-4 hours.
CONTAINERS : Using separate knives to remove amount needed from jars, mix equal parts A and B on flat surface until blue color disappears. Surfaces to be bonded must be free of
dirt, oil, rust, etc. Denatured alcohol or lacquer thinner are excellent for prepping area (removing oil, fingerprints, etc.). Rough up surfaces for best results. Normally no vice or clamps needed. Prop or tape heavy
objects to a wall or ceiling. At 70°F (21°C) PC-Superepoxy™ will remain workable for approximately 15 minutes, depending on temperature and amount mixed. PC-Superepoxy™ cures for service in 3-4 hours.
STATIC INJECTORS – 300/600 ml : 1. Remove collar and nozzle plugs. 2. Insert mixing nozzle into collar and attach to cartridge. 3. Load cartridge into dispensing gun. 4. Dispense epoxy. To stop flow,
press gun brake. 5. Remove nozzle and reinsert nozzle plugs or dispose of empty cartridge in proper manner.
50 ml : 1. Remove nozzle cap (1/4 turn). 2. Attach nozzle (1/4 turn). 3. Insert cartridge
into dispensing gun. 4. Dispense epoxy. To stop flow, press gun brake. 5. Remove nozzle (1/4 turn) and reinsert nozzle cap or dispose.
Application
Apply PC-Superepoxy™ in any thickness to
both sides of surface and bring together firmly. Be careful to insure that ample PC-Superepoxy™ remains between the contact surfaces. To bridge or reinforce larger holes, screen wire or glass cloth is excellent. To
smooth out work, dip tool in lacquer thinner or denatured alcohol. After cure, paint, drill, machine, sand, file, or saw PC-Superepoxy™. ADVISE- Do not subject to sustained heat in excess of 200°F (93°C).
SHELF LIFE- Well in excess of one year.
