		Units are self-contained, powered by an internal AA size battery (included), with magnetic slide On/Off switch. Typical battery life is 20 hours. Small size and internal power make these units very suitable for mounting directly to portable equipment such as chop saws.

		Units are housed in a 40 mm tube containing a fully encapsulated power supply and diode assembly for maximum ruggedness. An integral thermoelectric cooling circuit provides controlled diode temperatures for excellent reliability. This model offers the option of asymmetric distribution in the power output to compensate for mounting situations in which the laser sits at an angle with respect to the work surface.
